The containers can withstand temperatures from -4°F to 752°F (-20°C to 400°C), making them oven safe (not the lids), microwave safe (not the lids), and freezer safe. They are also dishwasher safe (not the lids).

Tips: 1. To prevent the rubber seal strips from sticking to the glass containers, please make sure to wash and wipe the lids and glass containers dry before storing them. 2. It is safe to wash the lids in the dishwasher, but high temperatures over a long period can deform the rubber seal strips at the edge of the lids. To extend the service life of the rubber seal strips, please wash the lids by hand as much as possible. 3.
